Man across history has always attempted to change his own genetic blueprint, trying to improve himself through artificial means. Only once did this work and the project responsible created what they thought was the perfect human.
However, the created soon turned on their creators and escaped their dreadful fate. Some lead normal lives, others perished early on, some became lost in the world and simply disappeared. But a few decided to embrace what they were and now threaten the world with their power.
Kazuto was a normal college sophomore in Tokyo, but one night he came upon a girl who was heavily wounded and seemingly dead. When she groaned for help, he took her to his home and amazingly the next morning her wounds had healed.
However taking her in started a chain of events that would soon put the fate of the world at the hands of two groups. A secret international agency that needs her help and a terrorist group that claims to be cleansing the world.
Now the girl who once isolated herself must now learn to trust others if she wants to survive and help the world. Otherwise, she will die.
