I was born deaf and mute, and lived with the effects for the better part of my childhood. I struggled daily while also suffering horrible tragedies at a very young age. From bullying to hate crimes, I experienced them all while still learning about the world. Most people would have quit trying. I have no filter to this book. Which means it's raw and genuine, and that is the goal.
