It's been years since the day Meta Redfox, daughter of Gajeel and Levy Redfox, became the apprentice of the last man the Fairytail guild wants anything to do with, Acnologia. Fairytail has learned to trust its new member, while Meta is sweeping the kingdom off its feet with her power, as is her Partner Lucas, Acnologia's only son. The two have known eachother for as long as they can remember, and can't imagine fighting along side any other. But when the first Master Mavis demands there be a team of dragon slayers, Meta is picked as the leader of this new group, which is met with outrage from a fellow dragon slayer. The Next Gen Slayers have never worked near each other let alone with each other, will this team cause more harm than good?

A lot has happened since the guild completed the war against the Alvarez Empire and Acnologia, and Team Natsu returned from their 100-year quest. Fairy Tail has settled down, the ships are sailing, and the new generation is carving their own path as legends. Team Unstoppable - Reiki Fernandes, Crispin Fullbuster, and Nashi Dragneel - has risen to the rank of the second most elite team of Fairy Tail's Next Generation. Unstoppable rarely cooperates with other guilds, much less other teams. That is, until a series of mysterious quests show up in April targeting Fairy Tail members only. Gajeel and Natsu are saddened because of the curse, but they move on as they learn and adapt to their new abilities.
