The Guardian of IIex Forest

Mei is on her way to her auntie's house in Azalea Town when she encounters a strange hut in the woods. She soon finds out that a guardian lives there - a guardian that can travel through time.
But the region of Johto is in great danger. Team Mystic swarm the towns, stealing rare pokemon and cheating in contests. It is up to The Guardian, who is now known as Celebi, and Mei to stop Team Mystic and save all of the pokemon in the Johto region.
