"WHY CAN'T YOU GET IT INSIDE YOUR HEAD?" He trapped my trembling body between his arms and slammed his fist into the wall. I flinch at the sound as I feel tears forming in my eyes. "I'M SICK AND TIRED OF YOUR CRYING. JUST ACCEPT THE FACT THAT YOU'RE NEVER LEAVING. THIS IS YOUR LIFE NOW, WITH ME" He spits, anger consuming his voice as I push myself further against the wall. Shutting my eyes closed and turning my face to the side as I do. Moments later, I feel his rough hand on my waist and his finger grazing my cheek. "Look at me, love." His hand grips onto my jaw, his thumb playing across my lower lip. He turns my face to meet his as I lower my gaze to the floor. He lowers himself to my level and I feel his breath fanning my cheek causing my breathing to become unsteady. "I love you so much, darling. But you need to learn. You need to learn that you won't be going anywhere. You're mine." With that being said, his other hand slides down to my waist "Your entire body, your mind, your soul. All mine." All I could do was tremble at his touch. How can someone so beautiful be so heartless? ~~~~~~~~~~ All a 19 year old Aurora Shaw wanted to do was work to make a living and volunteer at the orphanage. This is my first story, and I'm writing this mostly for fun, so don't get mad if it's not on par with all these gods of writing. Meet Angel, a girl just trying to get by in this living torture she calls a life. Being abused by her father, and living life in constant fear, she does her best to get by. What happenes when she tries to get away from all the hardship, but only ends up finding more? And maybe even finding someone that can save her from her own misserable life. Note from future self: This story is extremely cringy and only gets worse as it goes on. When I was writing it there was a whole bunch of other stuff going on so I was rushing away too much to actually get it done. Content warning: Contains graphic descriptions and extreme violence. Reader discretion is advised. Note from the future - This is very cringy now that I look back at it. I ended up rushing to finish it after like chapter 4 (which shows) so just warning the quality gets worse as it goes on T-T. Also other than maybe some little edits here and there I dont plan to change or edit it much because I'm working on something else.

He tries to tell himself that it's just the contract. But when Delilah is taken into the void (purgatory) and left to go insane, Jasper begins to feel things he hasn't felt in a long time.. Love?
