Inside my own mind, I should find peace
But you continue to press me, awaken the beast

This is a book where I plan on posting some of the poetry I've written, as well as other creative-writing pieces that may not quite fit into that category-a catch-all of sorts. 

I don't plan on maintaining a schedule for it; there will only be updates on the occasions I feel moved to write and share a poem, or to dig up one of my older ones. To paraphrase a certain commercial...

"I don't always write poetry. But when I do, I put it in this book."

This book is published on amazon.com. I put it on here for Wattpadders to read for free! Have you ever felt so much emotional pain that you just wanted to end it all? Have you ever felt so much physical pain that you thought death was nearer than you had hoped for? Maybe you have felt one, but not both, or maybe you have felt both. These poems were written for those who have felt pain like no other. You may be your own worst enemy, but you are also your own best friend. Sometimes, no one is there to help you get up off that floor, so it is up to you to help your own self. Once you find that you can take care of yourself, you can take care of and love others. Humans need love to survive. If we didn't have love, we'd all be robots and simply not human. The love doesn't have to be from a significant other. Maybe it's from a best friend or close family member? Just know that we are all in this game of life together. So, let's live it with love. I had entered the deepest depths of pain and agony. I had given up on my life. I tried to end my life, and I would have been successful. Three people saved me that day, at the end of 2017. First, was myself. I had to come to terms with who I was and turn it all back around. I had to lean on my Creator, who was my second life saver. Jesus came to my aid and saved my life after I tried to take it. The third person who saved me was my husband. Before we met I would have died, but he needed me just like I needed him. I am alive for him, for my two sons, for myself, and for my Heavenly Father. "I couldn't make it stop, Until I met my rock. So, here are my words of wisdom, "Pain reconciled by love" is my rhythm." There is hope. There is a purpose to this life. Pain Reconciled by Love is full of heartache, but also full of beauty. I'm still alive because there is something for me out there. I hope this is the beginning to something beautiful. For you and for me.

It seems like just yesterday I was saved. Not knowing what to do next or where I should go. Little by little I had to find my way and put together the lessons I was taught from different sources to seemingly lead a holy life. My supreme happiness came from when I found Jesus. Little did I know all I had to do was dwell in his heart and he would provide me with the wisdom I need and show me the things I could only fantasize about. Things like these seemed to me too precious to keep hidden, and that's when I knew I just had to share Who He is to the whole world. Visions, testimonies, miracles and more came knocking at my door leading me into a dose of Heaven on Earth. Blue Roses for My Bride series: Book 1 NOTE I am not a writer, but I do enjoy writing. I learn as I go where writing a book is concerned. So the book has a lot of flaws, typos and words may not be in the correct order. It may be a finished book but there is still lots of work to do on it. It is a draft of my process in writing the book, so please keep in mind that things will be constantly added, taken out or changed until it becomes how the Lord wants it to be. So when you do read it, please let the Lord guide you on discernment and help you to get on the right part with him. The exact words he threw at my face still haunts my dreams every single night and I think I'm starting to believe him. "Wish I've never met you I was so young and stupid, no wonder no one wanted to be with you, you are just holding me down and I honestly just got bored, needed a new chapter in my life that was the main reason I did what I had to do to keep myself happy. I just don't want to lie to myself anymore. I can't do this. I need to be free for once in my life. I'm so relieved that I don't have to marry you anymore, it's like a dead weight lifted from my shoulders. JUST LEAVE! GET OUT NOW! '' I just didn't know what to do that day I way so shocked, one minute we were one big happy family and the next he throws everything we build up as a family. I should had been warned by his actions the last month that we spend together. He knew that he was my first for everything and that gave him a push on his ego. Always bragged about being my first and claiming power over the situation. I was blinded by all of his charms and I see that now, I'm so sorry I did not listen Laura, you were just trying to protect me , that's what best friends are for but I chose him and I am truly sorry. COMPLETED, next poetry collection coming soon This is a poetry collection that is both ever updating and ever changing. This collection of poetry isn't exactly traditional or ever a solid complete piece of prose, I am ever adding and changing and morphing them into something I feel is better or is more to what I feel suits the character or the emotion I wrote the poem to embody. That being said, this collection has some works alike the past one that I made a few years back that doesn't quite hold up to standard today. I have poems that I have remade and moved into this collection, so If you have come from the previous collection know that if you recognise the theme it's because of that. I created this intended as both a challenge to write some feelings into something productive as-well as to write some inspired works made for a character I made as I wrote the poem or for a event or piece of media I enjoyed. Nothing is ever solid or at least their perspective will change as I write the poem or rewrite it. Anyways enjoy, I try not to be too pretentious but I don't really care because again this is a vent piece of work.
