When the Clan leader himself gets a prophecy, he immediately knows it means his medicine cat will have kits. He keeps the news to himself and the medicine cat, so that no one will know. Then when a strong cat called Lionclaw is the father of the kits, the leader has second thoughts.

The clan's journey is only halfway done; they are stuck in a beachside town and have no idea where to go. The clan is losing faith in Swanpaw and relying more on her sister to lead the way. When Ashstar, LightClan's leader receives a prophecy speaking of a cat who will have the power to talk to any animal, she's at a loss for words. A litter of kits is born that very night, Wolfkit and Frostkit. Ashstar realizes Wolfkit is the prophesied cat and doesn't know how to react. As Wolfkit struggles with her ability, Frostkit has trouble with OutClan, seeing she has been gifted with supreme hunting and fighting skills. Both the she-cats go through hardships and battle having the temptation of mates as young apprentices, one far worse than the other. But that is not their only problem, there is evil lurking inside their very Clan and they are the only ones who can stop it. Like? Share? Comment?
