Grendale. A perfect country with its perfect land, and its perfect people. Or so you think. A stain had been left on the country. The revolution, that had ended over two centuries ago, still haunted some. But the Iron Fists, a group of rebels had disappeared. As had their cause, their motives. Their were no accounts of the attacks that's claimed numerous lives all those centuries ago, done by this group. No one had spoken of them, and if they did, it never reached the public's vision. Until now.
Scientists have been noticing that some new born babies are being born with marks. Little circles in the exact same spot. On their left ankles. Right on the bone. But what it means, they don't know. Algorithms and Tests, can't seem to find an explanation. So, what's causing it?
Aerys a sixteen year old girl, who lived in a district for the rich. Her parents could never explain the mark left on her left wrist. Aerys tried not to acknowledge it, though every night as she went to bed, she could feel her blood thrumming in that exact spot.
Eean, a sixteen year old boy, who lives on his family farm with his older brother and sister. Everywhere Eean goes, people are staring at him. Or, more or less at the large mark on the backside of his right hand. A large circular mark, that to him looked like the moon. Yet every morning when he woke up, it felt as if something were trying to escape his skin. In that exact spot.
There was no reason for these two to ever meet. But, sometimes the devil has a sense of humor. Why is it that these two kids, from completely different families, share something that doesn't even seem possible? Who is the man who watches them day in and day out? As something befalls there kingdom, they'll be forced to answer all these questions for themselves.
Can Aerys trust Eean? Or could them getting too close, be deadly.
