Different- 1) Not the same as another, or each other; Unlike in nature, form or quality. I thought being different was a good thing. You know, the whole 'Im not conforming to you' deal. I thought I was unique, my own person. Apparently not everyone thinks being different is a good thing. They're afraid of my difference. Maybe it's my long white hair? Or my glowing silver eyes? Or it could just be because.... I'm not fully human. I tried to keep it a secret. Really I did. I knew the consequence of something like this getting out. So my secret stayed a secret. All until the day the little girl walked out in front of the truck.Complete

My lungs and muscles burned. Everything in my body begging me to stop but I had to keep moving. I had to get away. I rather die than go back to that lab but this building was a maze! Never ending hallways and big metal sliding doors that you see in space movies. All I could hear was the patter of my bare feet, heavy breathing, and my heart beating in my ears. "Hey!!! Stop her! Till Morning
As a pretty sane person I knew that ugly incomprehensible things happened but somethings came at you so unexpectingly that you did not even know how to react. Fairytales often painted step parents as these evil beings that did such unimaginable acts which ended up affecting our everyday lives but it wasn't like that with my mother's boyfriend. At least that's what I thought until I found myself somewhere else with a father I knew nothing about, a band that wasn't really a band in my eyes and a past so heavy that going to sleep meant drowning in the horrors of a summer that was meant to be the best time of my life.Complete
