Dungeons & Dragons: MADNESS

Few are devoted to the Gods through mind, body, and soul.
Some travel the asphalt road that was paved since birth.
Others, forge misery and despair, as strength on the path they choose to create.

As darkness looms over the sun, the plane of existence and life on it; are cursed by an ancient creature that has not been shown in nearly two-hundred years. This ancient threat, gaining little power each day till its awakening. Causing madness and corrupting the minds of anyone it chooses.
A prophecy foretold behind closed doors, where the savior is given an item. An item in which could be used to help destroy this evil--but will the savior of the world be strong enough through mind, to keep the madness away? Or will they embrace the darkness and corruption, breaking fate's path to rewrite their own.

The story-line is still an on-going process yes, I've been playing D&D for several years now; my character --Gelisane-- have progressed a lot over the few years of playing --even thought in-game it's been a lot longer!-- that even I myself as a player haven't noticed yet until recently. I hope you all enjoy this story/novel that had me out-of-game cry, laugh, angry, and overall emotional! This story is a roller-coaster, but you won't experience them until later in the chapters! So please, I hope you stick around as I put my blood, sweat, and tears --as well as my writers block brain ;^;-- into creating the world I mentally live in!
