Everything is not what it seems. 

Barbara 'Barbs' Walters was a relatively normal girl. She had her good set of friends, a decent status in high school hierarchy and the looks but everything changed once she graduated. Her golden future had an abrupt stop after the people she trusted the most betrayed her. Now, three years later, she's left with the haunting memories of her past and the ashes of what she used to be. 

When Barbs was forced by her younger sister, Selena and best friend, Gabby, to attend a class reunion she never in a million years expected to bump in to Magnar 'The Magster' James. The once chubby kid who gave her peace and comfort. The Magster's life has also change, he was now a certified bad boy hottie with pieces of the adoring personality of the chubby bookworm she once knew. The problem was that Magnar also had demons of his own.

Will they be able to surpass the shadows of their pass and move forward with their love or will it break them apart?
