This catches my attention instantly. "Anything?" I ask, my voice an excited whisper.
The man leans closer to me, and with a twinkle of his eyes, he says. "Anything."
I quickly said my wish, shutting my eyes so tight I start to see stars. I hear the man chuckle. And at this point I think he's just joking around with me, so I open my eyes.
And all I saw was black.
