They want their families back as they were but it is too hard for them to work together as they have misunderstandings and fights. Heroes at Heart
"I've tried telling them I'm only fifteen. That no sane government would force a boy my age to fight crime. 'But Max, you're a superhero! Isn't this what you want?' Actually, no. I just kind of want to get through high school. Then we'll talk about this 'superhero' business." Max Owens is your average high school sophomore. Well, he tries to be, at least. At fifteen, he's got more important things to do than fight the infamous Vinicus Cauldwell. With his single mother having recently lost her job, Max is determined to help his family get back up on its feet. The publicity and pressure that comes with being a superhero would be too much to handle right now. But it's hard to fly under the radar, when you can literally fly. Meanwhile, Vinicus Cauldwell enjoys the power he has as Murkbourne's most feared super-villain. For once, he can sit back and relax without being pestered by the police. That is, until Max arrives. Vinicus isn't happy about having to fight a child, but he can't let Max find out. After all, super-villains can't be "good people"... Can they? We can't all be born heroes. Superheroing 101
Zachary Dellis is a shitty person. He doesn't like working too hard. He does pay enough attention in class. Even at home he's barely attentive. Being the only hero in the large city of Astmeld, he is kind of relied on. But in comes a newer superhero. More dedicated, more agile. More.... popular and loved. Zach doesn't hide his jealously well either. This hero forces him to step up his game; but it still isn't enough to compete. But when one slip up by the newbie causes a hostile alien to begin her phase 2, the two much join together and take this... what ever it is down before it takes over the city and the galaxy. My whole life just changed in one day. I was kidnapped by a scientist gone rogue. Experimented on with nanotechnology that could change the world as we know it. Not everyone survived these experiments. My system rejected the nano treatment, and whenever this happened, the patient died. Somehow I survived. The Ability Era
Disclaimer: There is some violence(blood and gore), and some crude language. This story is currently under hiatus. Not sure when I will continue. The story revolves around this organization called the Intergalactic Brigade Force(IBF) which is kind of like a special police made up of people with abilities(powers). The ability persons(AP's) are ranked by letter, Squad A being the best, and Z the worst. The beginning of the story focuses on Squad Y and their mission to stop an arms dealer called Red Coyote. The focus shifts away from them and shows the perspective of a plethora of characters such as a robot cowboy, a crazy mind controller, some weird prison inmates, and later shifts to a school of AP children. I think some may find it boring and maybe complicated but I hope you enjoy if you choose to read.Terminé
