Selene and Sabeer are twin sisters, daughters of the Amazon queen. Sabeer is the first born and heir to the throne. Selene is content living in her sisters shadow, knowing that when she inherits the throne she will also be inheriting a centuries old war with the kingdom of Durin. Everything changes when their mother, the queen, is found dead and Selene is made her heir. For the first time the amazons have a chance for peace and Selene can get it for them if she agrees to become queen and meet with Kade, the young king of Durin. Feeling bitter and betrayed, Sabeer, will stop at nothing to reclaim her place as queen and put Selene back in the shadows.
