Long ago, dragons and magic roamed this world, and many achievements were made. Sickness was cured in moments and towns were built in days. But a darkness came and covered the land. This darkness was the King Dautan. He envied the power of the sorcerers and the strength of magical creatures and wanted it for himself. When a prophecy was foretold that a savior born of magic would rid the land of him and his descendants he set out to destroy all the magic he could. Those who wielded magic were forced into hiding or killed. And so as time went on and no magic was seen for generations, the stories of sorcerers and magic became just stories. 

Adria is a young girl of 16 years who lives in the small farming town of Persikor, on the outer edge of the great kingdom of Shalxom. Adria has never had anything to hide from her king and his soldiers, but everything changes when her mother reveals to her the true circumstances of her birth and lineage.
