Scott is still depressive and satisfied after Alison's death.
Lydia and Malia moved away to a new school, trying to be finally normal teenagers, ignoring their unnatural powers.
Liam joined Scott's pack as his anger issues started fading away after becoming a werewolf with Hayden.
Mason even after what he caused from being the beast, he decided to stay and help the pack with every possible way.
Kira is gone.
And Stiles. Stiles left with his dad into a place no one could find them, slowly realizing that his mind is still haunted by Nogitsune and that he needs help by his pack.

There was also a boy named Isaac who moved away with Allison's dad Chris to France. And then there were twin Alpha's called Ethan and Aiden. Aiden died also during the time with the Nogitsune. But Ethan left after everything was over. But none of us know where he went to. I miss Allison so much. She was like a sister to Me. I'm also a werewolf by the way. The only downside to it is I have blue eyes. Which has to mean I killed an innocent. It was my best friend. Her name was Emily. She was hurt badly in a car accident and it was determined she didn't have long left. So her, knowing I had these powers asked me to give her the bite. But I didn't want to because I was scared it would kill her. It could have gone one of two ways: It could have either killed her or cured her. I told her that because she was so weak it could kill her more than it could save her. But she didn't care and I gave it to her. I miss her so much. She's gone and it's all my fault. Stiles is thrown out of the FBI program, Stiles is furious with knowing it's because of Scott. Stiles needs/wants to show Scott how he feels, but knows he wouldn't stand a chance against Scott or the others if they get in his way. So Stiles thinks of something he never thought he would. Stiles returns to Beacon Hills and that is where the story begins.
