I wasn't supposed to get attached right?

I didn't want to stay with my relatives. Being with them just hurt too much. Being them brought along the memories of them, them, my mother, father, sister & brother. Being with my relatives was just another reminder my mother, father, brother & sister were dead. Gone like the last ember off a fire put out by a storm. Gone like the broken piece of my heart that got buried 6 feet underground alongside their graves.
Instead I choose to stay with a distant family friend. The Donnelly family. Jill Donnelly met my mom awhile back when they were both teenagers in highschool. They went to college together and kept in touch even though my mom moved south.
So now I must start my new life her and her family. Her husband, her daughter Katie, her son Ryan, and her older son Brennan.
(This is my first story! Sorry for mistakes both grammatically and metaphorically, and plot holes)

Bump Buddies: Take Two
This is a complete reworking of my story "Bump Buddies". So if you've read the original, throw out everything you think you know and remember and start anew! Y/N has always struggled to find a family to call her own. Her biological parents abandoned her, her adoptive ones died tragically and her adoptive brothers are both too selfish to give her the time of day. She's good at hiding how hurt it makes her feel, but little does she know one bad decision will lead to the family she's always dreamed of. It's not conventional, it's not ideal, but it sure is entertaining. I love everyone that supported the first story but I'm so embarrassed by it due to how young I was when it was written. Now, 6 years later I want to try again and make it worth your time. So let's enjoy this new adventure together!

"If you get out of this car I'll get Luke out here so we can beat you up till you're bloody." He threatened, proceeding to slam the door shut. My ass was glued to that seat. -------- Lily is like any other 16 year old girl, horny and tired. She's tired of constantly being bullied by her brother and his best friend, Ethan. She's dealt with it her entire life, but something begins to change between her and Ethan. What felt like hate soon became lust. He's toxic, he's manipulative, he's mean, but somehow she's attracted to him. Of course neither wants to admit it though. Will their relationship actually work or will they both end up with their heads blown off? ------- Mature content⚠️ - mentions and some SA - cursing - abuse - depression and suicidal thoughts This is kinda dark romance. I don't endulge in romance like this it's just fun to write. This is also a slow burn. If you're impatient and want character development fast this book isn't for you. I want to keep this story as realistic as possible and people changing their ways overnight isn't. I also just love books where not everything is sped through and you really get to know the characters and their habits.

3 years ago, my Step Dad adopted a son. His name was Hunter. For 13 years of his life, Hunter was neglected and abused by his parents. Beaten and raped, Hunter knew nothing good of the world. His Father eventually became a socio-path and shot the Mother. But as he was about to kill Hunter, Police arrived. The Dad shot himself instead. Hunter is now 16 and has been living in my family for 3 years. It's an understatement to say that we don't get along. Hunter is just angry at the world. He drinks and smokes and swears and fights. He kicks me and punches me simply because he's scared. He pushes everyone away. He has flashbacks and nightmares and can't seem to take anymore. Though I know he has reasons for being such an inconsiderate asshole, I still hate him. Our family has now moved to Cyprus. We're only staying for a while, so we just got a small appartment. Bad part about that? It's got 2 rooms. Me and Hunter have to share. At first I hate it. But then over the weeks, I begin to see how broken Hunter Storm really is. He's not just a dick, he's scared. And I'm slowly starting to comfort him through his troubles. We're getting somewhere, but then the worst possible thing happens. But strangley, it's bringing us closer. He's sleeping in my bed, he's crying to me, he's holding my hand. I'm holding him at night, I'm wearing his hoodies, I'm smiling at his touch. An Unexpected Moment
... that changes everything Sarah was starting her junior year of high school. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw a pretty average blonde haired, blue eyed, teenager. She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. No one knew it, but her father was a high functioning alcoholic that often took his anger out on his family. With her older sister now in college, it had turned to her more often. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote.
