This whole book is based off my life and I'm not looking for attention I'm simply trying to make people aware that it's not OK to do this stuff to people or anything that could cause physical/mental pain and self inflicted scars.
These are ways that help me and they still do today. But sometimes I do break and repeat these things. No point in trying to hide it. For some people it's the only way. And I' just happen to be one of them---
