When a child is swept into a crowd to witness the punishment of war-crimes and the death of three large turtles, a new war begins to brew. Failure is not an option for them, or else the small glimmer of hope still left for the human race will be lost. Can they escape the alien-creatures who's eyes seem to be everywhere? Or will their punishment finally go through?
