Alternate ending to Dragon Age Inquisition's DLC Trespasser. 

When Solas removes the Mark from Inquisitor Anne Trevelyan, her hand is eaten away and destroyed. She is brought back to Skyhold by Inquisition troops to the surprised masses, including the love of her life, Commander Cullen Rutherford. While fever and infection take her, the Inquisitor's only hope is if Cullen can have the newly appointed Magister Dorian Pavus return to Skyhold to heal her.
