A Story by Tio: A Warriors and Wolves Side story

This is a Warriors and Wolves Side story. Warriors and wolves is a sequel to Maid of the Wolves.
Though this is written after the first book, it can be read before during or even after finishing the other books.

Cold breezes slowly fading away, the season of ice has began to stray, readying into sleep till its returns for next fateful days, allowing the warm growing season to spread her wings, and lull the land to sing give.

The plants wake up shaking their branches, awakening their leaves, and popping up buds to spread their flowers for as far as the eye could see.

Statues come to life, no longer dormant in waiting for warmer days. Oh no, they are everywhere, feeding greedily, their first taste of the new season. Excited hunters take up arms, racing to snag their feeding preys and refilling their starved granaries who had paid their winter dues.

Barefoot steps sprinting up and down, kicking balls of banana fibers and jumping on cows, Tio races happily through the Rose Clan Village. The light of the Nix Tribe, its pumping heart.

He is naive, he is curious and he is happily young. The only worries on his shoulders were that the earth will spin faster beneath his feet, or that the moon would chase fiercely after the sun. He wanted to stay out and play, be free watch anything within his line of view, from the women grinding grain, to the men crafting furniture, to the burning coals of the blacksmiths' furnaces.

His life was perfect, but it was only to get better. The Chief is to have a child, Clan Mother is heavily pregnant, the time is coming and the dying winter moon is shining brightly.

The young boy waits anxiously, he feels almost possessed in anticipation, something in him is telling him, some how he just knows. It was as if the Great Creator had whispered in his own little ear.

Tio's young heart firmly believed, that the Princess was surely above ordinary.
