(18+ Mature Content) The United States Government and the city of 1273 Rockefeller City established The Royal Department Of Special Civic Detective Agency (R.D.S.C.D.A.), whose director is Y/N L/N, who is laid-back and charming. It was established to capture heinous criminals, or Supervillains as they were later dubbed. These thieves, who were first just bank robbers, gradually transformed into dangerous beings with unique talents.
