"Talking Lulu" is about a life changing friendship between two high school students Lulu and David. Lulu is a senior who has just transferred to a new school after losing her sister in a tragic car accident. Unfortunately the school has already heard about her past and she is bullied, they call her "Talking Lulu".  David is a junior who is still trying to move on after his partner's untimely death from sickness. He befriends Lulu and encourages her to keep living while making her laugh along the way. He's not sure why he's there, as he only exchanged a few words with Hikaru at school. However, Hikaru doesn't seem to be completely gone from the world, as he comes back as a ghost in order to fulfill a promise to Aoi Saotome, his fiancée. Since Koremitsu is the only one who can see him, he asks him to carry out his promise in his place. Complying with his request, Koremitsu tries to fulfill Hikaru's promises to the rest of his "girlfriends", helping them overcome past misunderstandings and repair broken relationships.

He learned how to do many thing. He'd play his dad's guitar, he'd read, dance, sing, and even learned how to cook. He's extremely talented in a range of skills and hobbies. But no one knew this. Two years ago they moved due to work. His parents got an offer which would require them to change locations. He transfered schools. But things only got worse. On his first day at Winterlake High he began crushing on one of the students. It was a guy named Liam. He's one of the popular student. He's tall, outgoing and very attractive. He has everyone and everything in his grasp. He can do whatever he pleases at school. He began bullying Harvey on the second day of his arrival. It became more violent in the recent months. What could be the reason for this? How will the school react to Harvey's wide range of skills and talents? Reuben tries to avoid him as much as possible, but it seems Mr.Popular takes a liking to him. So basically, Mr.Popular doesn't think about the kid he used to torment, but Reuben will always remember the guy who made him want kill himself at some point in his life.
