A little girl has lived all her life in an orphanage as she was abandoned by her parents due to financial problems, so she waits to be adopted by someone. One day as the years go by, on her 17th birthday, a couple will finally decide to adopt her and make her their daughter. After being adopted, she will have to move with her parents to Detroit due to her father's business issues. In order not to make her daughter feel alone when they are at work, the mother will order an android named Luke to take care of her. What will happen? What if she starts feeling something for him afterward? What about him instead? Is he able to reciprocate the girl's feelings? What will happen to them? What will Luke do?
