They escape, and Janice and Kira are attacked from behind. He passes out, to find himself in a hospital (500 years in the future) and with amnesia. He tries to rediscover himself and meets Marsha and her daughter, Kiki along the way, which eventually help him in looking for Janice, who may or may not be still alive.
