A girl, her mom, and her abusive step dad move to a new house. The girl had never shared with her mother that her step dad was sexually abusive as well and mental and physically abusive. In her new home she finds a room. She does not tell her parents of this room and she hides in it whenever her step dad starts acting out. She hides there and reads. This room is her save haven. The room is excluded and she finds piece there, that is until she meets a new friend weird things start happening in the room.
