Love and War

Modern AU in which Emma is unhappily married to Neal Cassidy, so plans for divorce. However, desperate to not lose her half of her heard earned business name during the settlement she sets out to hire the witty and tactful divorce lawyer Killian Jones who promises to ensure Emma keeps whatever she wants from the divorce. His plans may not be all that ethical, and although at first annoyed by his ways Emma slowly begins to fall for him. Is all really going to be fair in this deceptive game of love and war, or will someone get burnt?
