It was just a normal city that had it's ups, it's downs, a college where normal people go like always. But every day there was someone called "The Spiker" or least what people know him by, who'd cause chaos around town, but is always interfered by the protagonist people call "The Blue Skater". One day, Freshman in college, Keiko Aoiki gets roomed with Juko Tashi, another freshman. They start to talk and turn out to be really good friends. Soon enough feelings start coming out towards one another. But there's a secret both have been hiding from eachother from the start that could jeopardize everything.

Other characters you don't recognize are my OC's added to give [Y/n] a little more people and make her life seem a lot more easier than it is.
