By ruining his relationship with his little sister and brother, Maya and Yuvraj, Rahul never built a strong bond with his family and now his mother keeps pressuring him to get married. 

When Rahul's and Vidya's paths cross, the two unlikely pair end up getting stuck in a situation neither of them are very happy about. They are forced to marry each other and live as husband and wife.  After much protest, the parents come up with a deal. Vidya and Rahul must live together for 6 months and give their marriage a chance.
