This is an AU of Naruto Shippuden where Itachi Uchiha lives and is in a truce with Sasuke Uchiha. Keep in mind if you haven't watched/read the fight between the brothers, the background of the war, and the Itachi Shinden, you're up for a major spoil, kid.
