From a young age Cecile Lightwood knew that she didn't fit into the mold her parents had set for her. She didn't want to be a Shadowhunter. To be held responsible for upholding the Lightwood name.

How will Cecile be able to handle the struggles of being thrusted back into a world that she had worked so hard at leaving in the past? What secrets will she uncover? And who will really be by her side when all else fails?
