Promises of Never Again

When Jess was 16 she was kicked out of her house, lost her sister in a car accident, and the person she thought was the love of her life just up and leaves with no explanation to why he left. It is now 3 years later and Jess is now 19 and she is starting collage on the biggest scholarship she could find. But there is one condition that come with the scholarship, it's that she has to live in a dorm room with someone they believe that will benefit living with a scholar kid. The bad part is the person they choose for her to room with is a guy. But the absolute worst part is the boy she will be living with is someone from the past she thought she left behind.
