Moirai_the short film

This is a story about a young girl who is raped by her father and rescued by a stranger. The stranger murders her father and the girl is being a witness to the murder is in a dilemma whether to confess to the police or keep quiet and have a father figure in her life.
It's a treatment for a film I am writing and hopefully I will make it.

The title; Moirai

Moirai is the plural of the English word Moira. Mostly associated with ancient mythologies and in Greek mythology it means a person's fate or destiny or the personification of fate. It is also a female given name. According to mythology, the personified fate directed fate and watched that the fate assigned to every being by eternal laws might take its course without obstruction.

I chose this title first of all for the audience to speculate whether the young girl's name is Moirai. In this short film all characters have different fates. The bad characters' fate is death and the victim, the girl gets immensely rewarded. I want those who watch this short film and are involved in bad things to realize what is in store for them and those who have been victims to have hope that everything happens for a good reason. The title simply represents that the short film is about different human fates and destinies apart from exposing some societal immoralities.
