(This is a Dragon Age 2 fan-fiction with my own Character and Fenris, plus the others in the story.)

What do you do when suddenly you're on top of the world and everything is going so well for you, but then it's torn away from you and destroyed before your eyes?
Venus Creed was a child of a well respected family who was high in the world of nobility. Barely any enemies and almost always the voice of peace. Then the Blight struck, and with the Blight came the Grey Wardens, they needed warriors to help them end what was certainly the end of the world. Her twin brother Enric enlisted with the Wardens and left her and her parents to tend to the family. Yet it seemed the Blight wasn't done taking things from her, not only had it taken her twin and bestfriend but it had laid claim to her parents as well. Venus was barely a women when she was left to care for her four younger siblings and still uphold the royal name, but still... Life was not done taking from things from her. The next thing to go... Was her freedom.

"What are you doing?" She asked and her voice sounded rather small even to her. She had asked him how to help him. This wasn't what she was expecting and being flush against him she could easily tell just how aroused he was. She didn't think she'd done anything to evoke that kind of response. Clearly she had and there was a kind of rumble she could just barely hear coming from him. He turned her and took a step forward which trapped her between him and the glass there. His mouth grazed hers and she thought that he was going to kiss her but didn't. He couldn't be any more flush against her if he tried and she wasn't sure if she should try and move away or not. Actually a part of her didn't really mind and was rather excited by what he did. Was doing, and she definitely felt a rush through her and her stomach clenched when she felt his teeth scrap against her throat. His hands dropped to the hem of her shirt and rather swiftly shoved it upward as his hands slid over her sides and she shivered for a moment. She should tell him to stop, but she knew he wouldn't listen. Ragnarok is the end of all. The three siblings Fenrir, Hel, and Jormungandr will destroy the nine realms. Once Fenrir is freed when Jormungandr shakes the worlds. It would break open the tomb holding Fenrir and then even the gods would be devoured. But what happens if Fenrir's tomb is opened by a mortal instead? What happens when the siblings of Ragnarok are shown a different choice other then what fate had decreed? Some times it's not about saving the world, just saving one soul that can change the fate of all the rest. How do you stop a god that doesn't care and wants to destroy? He walks forward, pressing the blade into his throat. His skin is taunt against the serrated edge, and blood beads around it until it drips down his neck in a crimson trail. My eyes widened, wanting it. He is looking at me with those dangerous, glinting green eyes, daring me. "Kill me, then. If you feel nothing, you can kill me. Then you can leave.The choice is up to you. It always has been," He whispers. His words leave me as cold as the blade at his throat. My heart is subjected to this stabbing pain, like I'd turned the knife on myself, and I would rather it be like that. "But if you don't," he whispers," you are mine and all mine. We will rule the dawn of a new age, we will complete our bond, and you will forget about her. Make your choice." I can hear my heart beat in my ears, and I swallow agaisnt the rush. These are my options. Kill him, or agree to be his. I make my own choice. I can not take my freedom away. I can not be the mate he wants, but I can not kill him. With a deep breath, I turn the knife on myself. "Let them go, Dante." I whip my head to see a small boy standing the clearing with blonde hair and a green cloak hanging from shoulders. He isn't very tall however he holds his stance well. He doesn't seem to be more than Cassandra's age. Maybe 12 at most. I abruptly turn my head back hearing the man holding a sword to my throat chuckling with a sinister grin. "Oh, poor boy, what are you go to do about it?" The yellow teeth gleam as he begins stalking towards the boy who does not look the least bit fazed. I look around at the other men who are following the leader. I pull Cassandra tighter to my back as I take small steps back. I keep my eye trained on the men but also fear for the naive boy. "Do you really want to test me Dante?" He asks raising a single eyebrow. For a minute the men stop their movements. I see their hesitation for fear... Fear of what? I take the moment to stick Cassandra behind a nearby tree. She crouches down while I pull my sword out from its place. "How do you know my name?" The scoundrel raises his sword challenging towards the boy before taking a final step towards him. Then the unexpected happens. The young boy chuckles so darkly. It sounded almost... demonic. All the men instinctively raise their swords. "Oh Dante, I didn't know your name... but you know someone dear to me." "Spit it out boy!" The once grinning man is now looking around frantically. I continue my eyes scanning the small boy. He looks directly me and gives me a small nod before saying one word that caused all hell to breaks loose. "Artemis." Artemis is not an ordinary girl. She grew up in the wilderness after being shunned due to unique abilities and her different physical attributes. Blessed with an ability that scared others, she roams the wild with only her guarded one. That is until she stumbles into a situation that brings her in front of a prince.Complete
