The philosophy of this collection of poems is that each one represents a certain trait, personality, or emotion humanity possesses. Some of these may be revealed in the title of the poem. Others may not. In addition, while the main inspiration for a poem is based on a single trait, personality, or emotion, there could be a multitude of other possibilities. This is regardless of the title of the poem.

Who Are You, O Human? You, O human, are a wondrous creation-a blend of mind, body, and soul. You are the seeker of meaning, a being driven by curiosity and shaped by experience. Within you lies the power to create, to destroy, to love, and to question the very nature of existence. You carry the weight of history in your thoughts and the dreams of tomorrow in your heart. You are fragile, yet resilient; limited, yet boundless in imagination.
