Gerard and Mikey Way are two of Chicago's most notorious vampire bounty-hunters; just about managing to make a living off the bounties they earn for collecting vampire fangs. But after a run-in with a new gang of slayers some unusual friendships form, and when Gerard is captured by a certain pack of furious bloodsuckers it seems that the youngest Way's only hope is putting the fate of his big brother in the hands of his four newfound friends - one who happens to have a taste for blood.
