Owen Grady was there for the raptors since they where hatched. One of the eggs was tiny. So tiny that you could hold it in the palm of your hand. 

When the time came for the eggs to hatch Owen had to help the smallest raptor out. 

This raptor was supposed to be a raptor with human DNA, but instead it was a human with raptor DNA.  When the baby human opened its eyes it squeaked  and squawked like the raptors. The raptors wouldn't let Owen near the human raptor after he helped her out of the egg. 

Owen gained the raptors trust and raised the human raptor on his own time. Well, not really on his own because the human raptor didn't want to be away from her family.

Dinosaurs roamed the Earth over 65 million years ago, but in 1993, a man by the name of John Hammond with the help of geneticist introduced them to a new world. However, Alan and Ellie never anticipated that their daughter would be roped into the same trap that they had fallen into all those years before. With the opening of Jurassic World theme park, Keira is lured to the appeal of working with the creatures she has learned so much about over the years, along with the promise from the park itself that things will be different this time around. With new safety precautions put into place, along with advanced technology, Jurassic World is deemed safe and the park is opened with Keira working among the herbivores on site. But things certainly begin to change when Keira meets up once more with ever-flirtatious and aloof, Owen Grady the Raptor Trainer as he steps into her territory.
