When the captain of the cheerleading squad Violet is fargil and terrified of letting her dead parents down she finally starts listening to her sister Maisey about becoming the best captain the squad has seen. But when her Maisey starts dating the running back Caleb O'Brien, Maisiey starts acting like the biggest slut ever and starts to blaming Violet for making her quit the the school and dropping her position as the old captain. But when Violet meets the quarter back and captain of the football team Cole Morgan he makes her want more and change.
