"What are you doing?!" the voice screeches from my earpiece. "Take him out!"
I squint through the scope, my eyes narrowing in on my target. It was indeed him. It never occurred to me that he would eventually be on of my targets. But that didn't matter. I carefully position my finger over the trigger. And then it happens.
His light blue eyes meet mine.
A tremor of an unidentifiable feeling washes over me. I was frozen in place.
"Sagittarius! What are you doing? Shoot him!" the voice screams.
But I can't.
