Back story:
Lena is Seventeen years old, and doesn't have a good relationship with her Father Lee Everett's who is also an ex-con. When she was younger her Father got sent to jail, for killing the man her Mother was having an affair with. When he got sent to jail, her Mother was so freaked out, she fled, after leaving her in Macon with her grandparents. A few years later at the age of fifteen, her Father got released and was able to get her back. Two years living together, and Lee cannot seem to build a relationship with Lena.
Lena continues to give him a hard time, for his mistakes in the past. Though she's smart, she tends to skip school, to escape getting bullied for being an ex-con's daughter. And when she does go to school, she gets sent home from getting into fights.
With no chances of having a good relationship with her Father, things change when a zombie apocalypse breaks out. Meeting a girl named Clementine, Lena and Lee began to get closer, doing their best to keep Clementine safe and survive, in the mist of the chaos.

Clementine sounds like a sweet name. A sweet name for a sweet girl. Not Clementine Dixon. Clementine would be almost the exact opposite of her name. The 11 year old, Clementine Dixon loved the outside. She loved worms, insects, snails, dirt, and basically anything she could get her hands on outside. She would come back inside after a long day, absolutely covered in dirt after her adventures. She also loved rough housing at recess with her classmates and wrestling with her dad on the weekends. She especially loves her mom. Clementine knew her mom was the most kind and beautiful person in the world. Clem loves when her mom would do her hair, dress her up all pretty, and dance with her. Those were her favorite things. She knew her dad loves her mom too. Well, loved. That was all before the accident. Clementine's dad got distant. He no longer wrestled with her on weekends, helped her with homework, or even talk about her mom. His attitude changed drastically as he was more grumpy and never had any patience.
