Life in the Desert is harsh and unforgiving for a once prosperous civilization. The Collision wiped out nearly everything of value including that which is necessary to sustain life. Now one must not only work, but also fight for what they have. There is always some one who wants more than they have and they don't care how they get it. Others simply enjoy the Chaos, going out of their way to ensure it never ends. The Sandstorms show no mercy, an aspect that has become carved into this desolate society. Regnum Vitam Thesauri.
