Lonely

15 year old Ilene is the daughter of the king of Ireland, Darroch. She has a humongous room all to herself, a king sized bed all to herself, and the newest technology. But there's something she would trade all that to spend time with her dad, Darroch. She goes to a school like normal children. It's a public highschool. No one knows she is the princess of Ireland because she ties her long blonde hair into a bun and places a beanie on top of the bun each day and also she says that her name is ily at school. She has a best friend, iris, who has a secret. Her secret is that she is the daughter of a celebrity. When the popular girls find out iris is convinced that ilene told them because Ilene is the only one she told so iris stops being friends with ilene. But Ilene did not tell them.
Ilene's math teacher is fired and she gets a new one, ms. Lene. Ms. Lene sees loneliness in Ilene's eyes. Ms. Lene is determined to help. In the process she falls for Ilene's dad and Ilene's dad falls for ms. Lene.
Ilene's dad's advisor, mr. Cals, tries to force Ilene's dad into an arranged marriage to a cocky stuck up girl, irena. Ilene's dad doesn't want to marry her and nor does Ilene want her dad to marry her and Ilene doesn't want irena to be her mother. Ilene wishes her mom was still alive.
