Skylar Abbott isn't your typical girl from District 4. She has fiery red hair and pale skin with freckles. Skylar has never worried much about the games, as she is the mayors daughter so her family is very wealthy. Until she gets reaped for the 64th Annual Hunger Games. Then she has to worry about the games.
