In the year 2766, dragons do exist. The government has labeled all dragons as devil spawn, and if anyone sees a dragon they should kill it on site or call the DE, the Dragon Exterminators. But when a 4 year old girl wanders away from her house, and stumbles into a dragonet, the young dragon helps her find her way home.
