After his father's death Dean Winchester feels like his own life is done for too. To his surprise, it should have been. An angel by the name of Castiel appeared before Dean claiming that he should have died instead of his father. Now, desperate to fix his mistakes, Castiel asks Dean to help him get back to heaven and bring his father back to life. However this all comes at a cost both struggle to fulfill.
Dean soon discovers that sometimes great sacrifices are worth it for love.
