A year and a half after the fallout between veteran senators and, unbeknowest to their colleagues, ex-lovers Loren Legarda and Pia Cayetano during the end of the 16th Congress, the two esteemed lawmakers crossed paths once more after spending time in separate chambers of Congress when they were forced to work with each other when they were both part of the Bicameral Conference Committee responsible for passing the national budget. How could two strong-willed and very stubborn personalities learn how to trust each other again? Would they be able to rebuild their relationship enough to be able to work together?
