Mia Daniels is a 17 year old girl stuck in a small town. Abandoned by her father and her brother. Left behind is a quiet broken girl with a good front. Now her brother is back and he intends to change their small town and bring it back to its forgotten glory. Split by a rundown high way the north and south sides of Blue River are rivals through and through. Things in this town start to go haywire when Mia meets a mysterious boy from the south side.
