An independent young girl who doesn't know who her father and lost her mother after an accident. Rei is not an average 15 year old, she has powers that she hasn't discovered yet.
} Message from the Author: This series seems like it's out of order- it's not. The reason why Rei is the first to have a story- is because is one of the main focuses.
