I can proudly say that anime is one of my favorite things in the worlds. Anime is like a guide to me, it shows me what to do and to not do. It makes me stronger {mentally} it gives me the strength to keep living and makes me, me.
Anime is always there when I need something to rest upon, its something I can relay on in troubles and my needs. Its like a drug that I need.
If there is one word.. I would describe anime by it would be, Hope.

It is a tale of both tragedy and triumph - how I almost died on more than one occasion, but persevered and eventually found love, friendship, human connection and greater understanding of the world and its ways, as well as reconciliation with my abusers.
