Book One in the KLC Investigations Series
Three deaths in one week could be a coincidence, but after the fourth, intern Zak Rider and his mentor, Professor Randal Walters, start to suspect they are dealing with something bigger than they originally anticipated. After looking at the crime scenes and comparing all the results, all logic is thrown out the window. There seems to be no even somewhat reasonable explanation to why people keep dying from suspicious scratches. In desperation, Professor Walters brings in an old friend.
Enter Kellin LaCerente, 19 year old paranormal investigator with a passion for the unexplained.
